Our stringent quality check processes result in us rejecting over two tonnes of fruit every week, which is in turn, repacked and provided to various charitable groups such as One Umbrella and Oz Harvest. There is nothing wrong with much of the fruit that doesn't make it into our boxes, other than the odd blemish or being undersized, however it reinforces the lengths that we go to maintain a high, consistent quality.
